NORTH AMERICA


  • Bluwhale, a Silicon Valley-based AI Web3 startup founded by Stanford and TikTok alumni, raised over $100M in combined Seed and Series A funding roundes. The funding round was led by Cointelegraph, with participation from SwissBorg, Awaken Finance, CoinBureau.

  • Cipher Mining, mining infrastructure for cryptocurrencies and Bitcoin. It features an open-source network for transmission and storage. Raised 50M in a Post IPO led by SoftBank Group.

  • KODE Health, a leading provider of on-demand medical coding solutions, raised $27M in a Series B funding round led by Noro-Moseley Partners, with participation from Mercury, Epsilon Venture Partners, and 111 West Capital.

  • Wisetack, that provides purchase financing solutions to consumers. Users can finance their purchases via Wisetack and can make repayments in monthly installments. Users can set up automatic debits to make repayments. Raised $25M in a Series B, led by Trinity Capital, with no other investors mentioned.

  • Anchor, a company focused on eliminating invoicing and payment inefficiencies for small to medium accounting firms, raised $20M led by Mosaic General Partnership with participation of Tal Ventures, Entree Capital.

  • OneVest, a Canadian wealth management platform, raised $20M in a Series B funding round led by Salesforce Ventures, with participation from existing investors Luge Capital, OMERS Ventures, and FJ Labs.

  • Savant Labs is platform offering analytics automation solutions for enterprises, raised $18,5M in a Series A. The round was led by Dell Technologies Capital (DTC), with participation from Vertex Ventures, Cota Capital, Village Global, Bloomberg Beta, West Wave Capital, and Uncorrelated Ventures.

  • InvestNext, a Detroit-based real estate investment platform, raised $14.8M in a Series B funding round led by undisclosed investors.

  • Crowded, a fintech startup aiming to modernize nonprofits through digital solutions, raised $7.5M in a Series A round led by Flashpoint with participation of Florida Opportunity Fund, Wilsons Bird, Ventures The Garage.

  • WiseLayer, an AI fintech company specializing in AI-powered digital workers for finance and accounting teams, raised $7.2M in a Series A funding round led by Canaan, with participation from K5 Global, The Fintech Fund, and Unpopular Ventures.

  • Waterlily, a San Francisco-based startup that uses AI to predict long-term care needs, raised $7M in a seed funding round led by John Kim, founding partner of Genworth, with participation from Nationwide, Edward Jones, and industry leaders including Tim Kneeland.

  • Sightline, a London-based provider of a market intelligence platform for the transition economy, raised $5.5M in a seed funding round led by Molten Ventures, with participation from The Westly Group.

  • Cauridor, an Ivorian fintech company, secured $3.5M in seed funding to enhance African payment infrastructure. The specific investors involved were not disclosed.

  • Aligned Marketplace, a New York City-based primary care marketplace for self-insured employers, raised $3M in a seed funding round led by A Star, with participation from Maverick Ventures.

  • Taxflow is Provider of AI-powered platform that automates tasks for accounting firms. It provides AI agents tedious tasks and reduce manual errors by automating data collection, client communications, and transaction categorization. Raised $750K in a seed led by Platanus with participation of BFF.

  • DelphX, a leader in developing new classes of structured products for the fixed income market, raised C $160K in a Post-IPO non-brokered private placement led by undisclosed investors.

  • Dreamex, the first minority-owned stock exchange in the U.S., raised an undisclosed amount in a funding round led by Navtej Khurana, with no other investors mentioned.

  • Vikar Technologies, a provider of innovative account opening and loan origination solutions for community banks and credit unions, raised an undisclosed amount in a Series A funding round led by Btech Consortium Fund, with participation from Verde Technology Ventures.


EUROPE


  • Swan, a Paris-based fintech specializing in embedded banking, raised $45M in a Series B funding round led by Eight Roads Ventures, with participation from existing investors Lakestar, Accel, Creandum, Hexa, and BPI France.

  • Formance, an open-source financial infrastructure provider, raised $21M in a Series A funding round co-led by PayPal Ventures and Portage, with participation of Y Combinator, Hoxton Ventures, Axeleo Capital.

  • Sokin, a UK-headquartered payments firm, secured $15M in debt funding from funds and accounts managed by BlackRock, with no other investors mentioned.

  • Cryptio, a crypto accounting platform, raised $15M in a Series A extension funding round led by existing investor Alven, with participation from new backers 1kx and Ledger Cathay Capital.

  • Prosper, a wealth platform catering to high-net-worth individuals, raised $5M in a funding round led by Fuel Ventures, with participation from 60 professional athletes through The Players Fund, including Ben Stokes, Jos Buttler, Dame Jess Ennis-Hill, Dame Sarah Storey, Tom Pidcock, Ben White, and Serge Gnabry.

  • Yavrio, an open banking fintech, raised $2.4M in a seed funding round led by Fuel Ventures, with participation from former UK Chancellor Sajid Javid, Garth Ritchie (former president of Deutsche Bank), and Dan Cobley (co-founder of ClearScore and Salary Finance).

  • Wyzr, a fintech startup dedicated to empowering small and micro businesses with cutting-edge financial management tools, raised $492K in a seed funding round led by NatWest Groupe.


LATAM


  • Credicuotas, an Argentinian fintech offering online consumer loans, raised $18.2M through a negotiable debt security organized by BIND and Industrial Valores.


APAC


  • Lendo, a Saudi Arabian crowdfunding platform connecting SMEs with investors, raised $690M in conventional debt, led by J.P. Morgan with participation from Fintech Accelerator.

  • Aditya Birla Housing Finance, a subsidiary of Aditya Birla Capital, secured $100M in funding from the International Finance Corporation (IFC), with no other investors mentioned.

  • Foras, a Saudi Arabian fintech lender specializing in working capital solutions for SMEs, secured $60M in a conventional debt facility led by Fasanara Capital, with no other investors mentioned.

  • Finout, a leading FinOps-for-enterprise platform, raised $40M in a Series C funding round led by Insight Partners, with participation from Pitango, Team8, Red Dot Capital, and Maor Investments.

  • Humanity Protocol, a startup focused on decentralized identity verification, raised $20M in a seed funding round led by Pantera Capital, with participation from Jump Crypto.

  • InsuranceDekho, an Indian insurtech platform, raised $14.5M in a Series B funding round led by C Investments, with participation from Beams Fintech Fund and MUFG Bank.

  • Cedar Money, a payments company that enables seamless cross-border money movement using stablecoins, raised $9.9M in a seed funding round led by QED Investors, with participation from North Island Ventures, Wischoff Ventures, Lattice, and Stellar.

  • Pell Network, a decentralized token economy security leasing platform designed for the Bitcoin ecosystem, raised $3.5M in a seed funding round led by D11, with participation from Web3Port Foundation, ArkStream, Taisu, Core Ventures, Go+ Security, Astrarizon Ventures, and MultiversX.

  • JPYC, a company developing and operating the Japanese yen-pegged stablecoin "JPYC," raised $2M in a Series A funding round led by Power Angels.


EMEA

  • Us Plus provides working capital financing to MSMEs via the invoice factoring method, by buying invoices with payment periods of 3-60 days. The application process is online, and once set, the platform can be accessed via mobile or desktop for uploading of invoices. Us Plus raised $2M in a Seed led by Verdant Capital Hybrid Fund.
