  • Stash, an automated investment and robo-advisory platform, raised $146M in a Series H round led by Goodwater Capital, with participation of Union Square Ventures, StepStone Group, University of Illinois Foundation, and Serengeti Asset Management.

  • Bestow, an online life insurance platform, raised $50M in a Conventional Debt round led by TriplePoint Capital.

  • Arkestro, a provider of web-based procurement management solutions, raised $36M in a Series A round led by Aramco Ventures, with participation of Altira Group, New Enterprise Associates, Koch Disruptive Technologies, and Activant Capital.

  • Flock Homes, an alternative investment platform for real estate projects, raised $20M in a Series B round led by Renegade Partners, with participation of a16z, Primary Venture Partner, Susa Ventures, and 1Sharpe.

  • FlexPoint, a white label payment gateway for businesses, raised $12M in a Series A round led by Foundry, with participation of Haymaker Ventures, Garuda, Techstars, Far Out Ventures, and Cascade Seed Fund.

  • Hyperbots, a provider of agentic AI platform for finance and accounting, raised $6.5M in a Series A round led by Arkam Ventures, with participation of Athera, JSW Ventures, Kalaari Capital, Sunicon, and Darashaw

  • Prosperos, a mobile banking platform, raised $250K in a Seed round led by Mendoza Impact.

  • TalentGuard, a cloud-based talent management software, raised an undisclosed amount in a Series B round led by Juvo Ventures.

  • StableCorp, a decentralized stablecoin used for enabling B2B payments, raised an undisclosed amount in a Seed round led by Coinbase.

  • Bestow, an online life insurance platform, raised an undisclosed amount in a Series D round led by Goldman Sachs, with participation of Smith Point Capital.

  • AidKit, an online grant management platform for government organizations, raised an undisclosed amount in a Grant (prize money) round led by Gitlabfoundation.


EUROPE


  • RetailBook, a technology-led platform designed to connect companies looking to raise capital with retail investors, raised $5.95M in an Unattributed round led by Augmentum Fintech.

  • Profinda, a SaaS and AI-based workforce management solution, raised $3.99M in a Conventional Debt round led by Palatine Private Equity.


LATAM


  • Makasi, a provider of construction financing solutions to small and medium-sized real estate developers and builders, raised $21M in a Conventional Debt round.

  • VMetrix, a SaaS-based portfolio management software, raised $3.2M in a Seed round led by Kayyak Ventures, with participation of Nazca.

  • Silverguard, an app-based platform providing cybersecurity and financial insurance technological solutions, raised an undisclosed amount in a Seed round led by Sororite.


APAC


  • Third Bracket, an AI-based skills profiling platform for businesses, raised $586K in a Seed round.
