NORTH AMERICA


  • Neo Financial, a digital bank for individuals, raised $180M conventional debt from Tobi Lütke (CEO and founder of Shopify), Stewart Butterfield (founder and former CEO of Slack), David Baszucki (investor and CEO of Roblox), and Mike Wessinger (co-founder and Executive Chair of PointClickCare) with existing investors, including Valar Ventures, Golden Ventures, Afore Capital, and Thomvest Ventures. Also the company raised a $79.1M Series D round.

  • Snap! Mobile, a provider of a fundraising platform for schools and organizations, raised $23M in growth equity investment from Runway Growth Capital.

  • NovoPayment, an embedded financial and payment infrastructure service provider, has raised $20M in funding from Morgan Stanley.

  • Notabene, a compliance monitoring tools for cryptocurrencies, raised $14.5M in a Series B funding round led by DRW VC, with participation from funds managed by Apollo, NextBlock, ParaFi Capital, and Wintermute, along with existing investors CMT Digital, F-Prime, Green Visor Capital, Illuminate Financial, Jump Capital, Signature Ventures, and Y Combinator.

  • LendAPI, the fintech startup transforming financial technology deployment, raised $3.2M in seed funding round, led by Cohen Circle, with participation from Great North Ventures, AlleyCorp, Techstars, Plug and Play, and Interlock Capital.

  • Turing Certs, a blockchain-based certificate management system, has closed a $3M funding round led by Asia-focused Profederal, with participation from prominent international executives including the CEOs of European sustainability and biotech groups.

  • CargoSprint, a platform that provides payments solutions for the freight industry, obtained a strategic investment from the equity firm Lone View Capital, which also acquired a majority ownership stake in the company.

  • Dext Capital, a working capital loans provider for healthcare and technology industry, closed undisclosed corporate note financing by Brean Capital.

EUROPE


  • Iwoca, a provider of an online platform for working capital loans, received a $258M financing line from Citi and Waterfall Asset Management.

  • Agicap, a cash management software for small-medium businesses, raised €45M in a series C round funding led by AXA Ventura Partners.

  • FAAST, a benchmark for distribution platforms for insurance and wealth management companies, has raised €27M in funding led by Revaia and Bpifrance via its Large Venture fund.

  • Wyden, a platform offering digital asset trading technology, secured $16.9M in a Series B funding round led by Truffle Capital, a Paris-based global fintech investment firm.

  • Serafim Finance, a provider of financial advisory services, secured the issuance of Additional Tier 1 bonds in a total amount of $13.8M assisted by Cederquist.

  • Embankment, a Copenhagen-based fintech company that offers fund administration services to alternative investment fund managers, raised €4M in a seed funding round led by Seed Capital, with participation from the Export and Investment Fund of Denmark (EIFO).

  • Deckmatch, AI-powered pitch deck evaluation solution for startups, secured €2.9M by Alliance VC and Luminar Ventures, with additional investment from First Degree Capital and Skyfall Ventures.

  • Folks Finance, a cross-chain decentralized finance (DeFi) platform, has raised $1.2M in a Series A round, bringing its valuation to $75M with Borderless Capital led the round, and with participation from Algorand Ventures, Mapleblock Capital, Sovo Ventures and others.

  • fija Finance, an online platform offering cryptocurrency staking solutions, raised €1.2M in a Seed funding round with participation from Tenity, CV VC, Heliad AG, Keyrock.

  • Investa, an app-based investment and trading platform, raised $890K in their first crowdfunding campaign.

  • TaxCalc, a provider of tax and accounts compliance and practice management software received an undisclosed investment from the STG Allegro fund.

  • SSImple, the fintech platform that advances compliance with expected FMSB and FCA requirements through automated SSI solutions in support of T+1 settlement, closed an undisclosed funding round.


LATAM


  • Ualá, an Argentine neobank, raised a $300M Series E round led by Allianz X (the investment arm of Allianz), with Stone Ridge Holdings Group, Tencent, Pershing Square Foundation, Ribbit Capital, Alan Howard, Goldman Sachs Asset Management, Soros Fund Management, Rodina, SoftBank Latin America Fund, Jefferies, D1 Capital Partners, Claure Group, AlleyCorp, and Monashees also participated in the round.

  • Fairplay, Mexican online platform for revenue-based financing, raised a $35M credit line from BBVA Spark.

  • Educbank, Brazilian online lending platform for educational institutions raised $14.5M by issuing corporate bonds, which were fully securitized in school fees and structured by Travessia.

  • Cometa, a Mexican fintech platform helping private schools in Latin America optimize financial operations, raised a $12M Series A round led by Reach Capital. Acrew Capital, Kaszek Ventures, Homebrew, and Latitud Ventures also participated in the round.


APAC


  • Smart Bank, a digital bank for individuals, secured $26M provided by its current investor, Global Brain.

  • StakeStone, an omni-chain liquidity infrastructure, secures $22M Investment round led by Polychain Capital, with strategic Investments from Binance Labs, and OKX Ventures.

  • Miive, a cloud-based employee welfare platform for enterprises, raised approximately $2.9M in its most recent round by DNX Ventures, Meiji Yasuda Future Co-Creation Fund, Seven Bank, kubell.

  • Tradom, AI exchange rate forecast and exchange rate risk management system, raised $2.7M from Headline, DBJ Capital, The Gogin Capital, Mitsubishi UFJ Capital, SMBC Venture Capital, Nippon Steel, Kyoto Financial Group.

  • Animoca Brands, a developer of blockchain-based PC and mobile games, raised a $10M funding from investors including OKX Ventures, CMCC Global, Hong Shan (formerly Sequoia China).

  • Equal, a provider of digital identity management platform for businesses, has raised $10M in its first round of institutional funding from Prosus Ventures, Tomales Bay Capital, and Equal's founder, Keshav Reddy.

  • Cycle Network, a developer of revolutionary next-generation blockchain interoperability protocol, raised an undisclosed amount of Series A funding round from Skyland Ventures.

  • automaxis, a blockchain-based platform for trade finance, raised an undisclosed amount of funding from Algorand Foundation.


MENA


  • Lean, an open banking aggregation APIs for financial institutions, lands $67.5M Series B funding led by General Catalyst.

  • Pemo, a cloud-based accounting and spend management solutions for businesses, has raised a $7M Pre-Series A Funding round co-led by investors Shorooq and Augmentum Fintech.
