Upgrade, a fintech company that offers mobile banking, credit, and payment products to mainstream consumers, raised $165M in a Series G round led by Neuberger Berman, with participation of DST Global, LuminArx Capital Management LP, and Ribbit Capital.
Campfire, a company that offers AI-native enterprise resource planning software for mid-sized and enterprise companies, raised $65M in a Series B round led by Accel and Ribbit Capital, with participation of Brad Floering, Foundation Capital, Karim Atiyeh, Naeem Ishaq, QuantumLight, Scott Buxton, Steve Sidhu, and Y Combinator.
Jito, which offers liquid staking on Solana, letting users earn staking and MEV rewards through the JitoSOL token, raised $50M in a Funding Round led by a16z crypto.
Nova Credit, a credit infrastructure and analytics company that enables businesses to grow responsibly through alternative credit data, raised $35M in a Series D round led by Socium Ventures, with participation of Canapi Ventures, Gaingels, General Catalyst, Harmonic Growth Partners, Index Ventures, Kleiner Perkins, National Bank of Canada, NAventures, Radiate Capital, and Y Combinator.
Basis Theory, a company that provides a programmable vault and API platform for tokenizing, routing, and securing sensitive data throughout its lifecycle, raised $33M in a Series B round led by Costanoa Ventures, with participation of Bessemer Venture Partners, BoxGroup, Kindred Ventures, Moneta VC, Offline Ventures, and Stage 2 Capital.
Aboon, a company offering the fastest way to launch retirement plans powered by AI and backed by real humans, raised $17.5M in a Seed round led by Altai Ventures, with participation of Bain Capital Ventures, Edward Jones, EJF Capital, and Runyon Design.
GreenLyne, a company offering AI-optimized financial services focused on Regtech, risk management, and inclusive housing finance, raised $8.07M in a Venture round.
Corbel, a fintech platform that offers financing and CPQ tools for equipment sales, raised $6.7M in a Seed round led by Ibex Investors, with participation of Joule Ventures, Restive, and Selah Ventures.

Creditstar Group, a digital consumer finance company, raised $10M in a Debt Financing led by Kilde.
Bees & Bears, a green fintech company that specializes in financing renewable energy solutions, raised $5M in a Seed round led by Contrarian Ventures, with participation of Extantia Capital.
Portfoy Financial Tech Inc., a financial technology company that provides a platform for tracking and managing investments, raised $200K in a Seed round led by Inveo Ventures.
