1Kosmos, a blockchain-based passwordless authentication platform for customers, raised $47M in a Series B round led by ForgePoint Capital, with participation from Oquirrh Ventures, NextEra Energy, and Gula Tech Adventures.
Mesa, an online platform offering mortgage loan management, raised $24M in a Series A round led by Paramount Residential Mortgage Group, with participation from Trinity Capital and Lowe.

Smart, a financial planning and advisory solutions provider, raised $80.8M in conventional debt led by Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, with participation from Aquiline Capital Partners, Legal & General, J P Morgan, Link Group, Natixis, Barclays, Chrysalis, DWS, and Fidelity International Strategic Ventures.
Transak, a payment gateway and banking solutions provider for cryptocurrencies, raised $16M in a Series A round led by Tether, with participation from IDG Capital, Primal Capital, 1kx, Protein, CE Innovation Capital, KXVC, Third Kind Venture Capital, Genting Ventures, Fuel Venture Capital, and Umami Capital.
Bumper, an online car repair financing platform, raised $11M in a Series B round led by Autotech Ventures.
Maverick Medical, an AI-powered autonomous medical coding solutions provider for healthcare organizations, raised Series A led by Infinx.
Riva, a blockchain-based solutions provider for international payments, raised $3M in a Seed round led by Project A.

OY!, app-based messaging and payment solutions for businesses, raised $15M in a Series A.
OnerWay, a cross-border money transfer solutions provider for businesses, raised $10M in a Series A round led by Yunqi Partners, with participation from Lanchi Venture Capital, Enlight Growth Partners, and Eminence Ventures.
Elever, an app-based platform for goal-based investments, raised $1.1M in a Seed round led by Brand Capital.
