  • Basic Capital, financial planning and advisory solution for individuals and businesses, raised $25M in a Series A round led by Forerunner Ventures, with participation of Lux Capital, SV Angel, BoxGroup, HOF Capital, Inspired Capital.

  • LM Funding, Bitcoin mining investment platform, raised $10.4M in a Post-IPO round.

  • Relcu, AI-based lead management and CRM platform, raised an undisclosed amount in a Seed round led by Menlo Ventures, with participation of Detroit Venture Partners, Clocktower Technology Ventures, MUFG, Commerce Ventures, and Valley Bank.

  • PayOnward, payment solutions for community banks and local financial institutions, raised an undisclosed amount in a Seed round led by Black Dragon Capital.

  • Open Banking Solutions, cloud-based core banking platform for open banking, raised an undisclosed amount in an Unattributed round led by Black Dragon Capital.


EUROPE


  • Midas, stock trading and investment platform, raised $80M in a Series B round led by QED Investors, with participation of IFC, HSG, QuantumLight, Spice, Spark Capital, Portage, Bek Ventures.

  • Legion, online crypto trading platform, raised $5M in a Seed round led by VanEck, with participation of Brevan Howard.

  • Archax, online cryptocurrency trading platform, raised an undisclosed amount in a Series A round led by Stellar.

  • Nordic Information Control, platform that provides regulatory compliance solutions, raised an undisclosed amount in a Seed round led by Gorilla Capital.


LATAM


  • Digitt, debt consolidation and refinancing platform, raised $10M in a Series A led by Yolo Investments, with participation of Capria and IGNIA.



APAC


  • Kiwi, UPI credit card payments platform, raised $24M in a Series B round led by Vertex Ventures, with participation of Nexus Venture Partners, Stellaris Venture Partners, Omidyar Network.

  • AND Global, AI-based micro-lending platform, raised $21.4M in a Series B round led by IFC, with participation of AEON Financial Service, Marubeni, SBI Group, Premium Group.
