NORTH AMERICA


  • Brex, a SaaS-driven credit card and spend management solutions platform for businesses, secured a $235M, led by Citi with participation from TPG Angelo Gordon.

  • Phantom Wallet, an app-based digital wallet for cryptocurrency and NFT, raised $150M funding Series C round co-led by Sequoia Capital and Paradigm.

  • Komainu, a regulated digital asset services provider and custodian, raised $75M in a Series B round from Blockstream Capital Partners.

  • Quantifind, an AI-powered financial crime intelligence, raised $22M in funding from Deloitte Ventures and Stephens Group, Citi Ventures, S&P Global, DNS Capital, and USVP.

  • Truewind, an AI-based software for bookkeeping and finance solutions, raised $13M Series A funding, co-led by Rho Capital and Thomson Reuters Ventures with participation from Pathlight Ventures.

  • Alpen Labs, a Bitcoin Layer 2 developer, closed an $8.5M strategic financing round by DBA and Cyber Fun, with additional contributions from Ribbit Capital, Castle Island Ventures.

  • Rainbow, digitally-enabled managing general underwriter, raised $8M in Series A funding led by Zigg Capital.

  • Exos Financial, a diversified investment management firm, raised $6M led by Hamilton Global Opportunities.


EUROPE


  • Sygnum, a global digital asset banking group, raised a total of $58M in its Series C round led by Fulgur Ventures.

  • LemFi, a cross-border payment platform that allows users to send and receive money, raised a $53M new funding led by Highland Europe, Left Lane Capital, Palm Drive Capital, and Y Combinator, Endeavor Catalyst.

  • Nelly, a digital administrative tasks and billing management tools for healthcare industry, secured €50M in a Series B led by Cathay Innovation and Notion Capital, with participation of existing investors b2venture, Lakestar, Motive Ventures, and Arc Investors.

  • Recharge, a company which specializes in online prepaid payments, received a €45M facility from ABN AMRO.

  • DFNS, a digital assets wallet and custody solution developer, raised $16M in a series A round led by Further Ventures, with participation from White Star Capital, Hashed, Techstars, and Bpifrance.

  • HYPERLINE, a software-based platform for subscription management, has raised $10M in a seed round led by INDEX VENTURES.

  • SYNTHR, the cross-chain infrastructure platform, raised $10M investing led by Kronos Research, NGC Ventures, Morningstar Ventures.

  • Klearly, a mobile POS payment acceptance solution for businesses, has raised €6M in a seed funding round by Global PayTech Ventures, Antler Elevate, and Shapers.

  • E Money Network, a blockchain infrastructure platform, raised $5M in funding round backed by Kelsier Ventures and Animoca Brands.

  • Wultra, a provider of security solutions for banks and financial institutions raised €3M from Tensor Ventures, Elevator Ventures, and J&T Ventures.

  • Brickken, real-world asset (RWA) tokenization platform, closed a $2.5M seed round by Psalion, Ergodic Fund, SNZ Capital, Blue Bay Ventures, Mocha Ventures and Hodl Ventures.

  • Validis, a financial data collection and standardization platform, raised an undisclosed amount of investment from Citi and Barclays.


LATAM


  • Agibank, a Brazilian neobank, raised $63M from Lumina Capital.

  • Finmaq, an online lending platform for asset-backed loans, raised $29M in a pre-Series A round led by Alive Ventures with participation from 30N Ventures.

  • Nilus, an AI-powered treasury management platform, has raised $10M in a Series A funding round led by Felicis Ventures, Vesey Ventures with participation from existing investor Bessemer Venture Partners.


APAC


  • MicroMitti, a proptech firm, has raised $10.4M in a funding round from undisclosed investors.

  • Skor Technologies, credit score checks platform, raised $6.2M in its latest pre-A round led by Argor Capital with participation of QED Investors, Saison Capital, and Digital Currency Group.
