NORTH AMERICA


  • Highnote, a card issuance and payment management company, raised $90M in Series B funding led by Adams Street Partners with participation from existing investors including Oak HC/FT, Costanoa, WestCap, and Pinegrove Venture Partners.

  • Vertice, a spend optimization platform, raised $50M in Series C funding led by Lakestar with participation from Perpetual Growth, CF Private Equity, Bessemer Venture Partners and 83North.

  • Method Financial, a provider of API-enabled debt repayment tools, raised $41.5M in Series B funding led by Emergence Capital with participation from avra, Samsung Next, Andreessen Horowitz, Y-Combinator and Ardent Venture Partners.

  • Olé Life, insurtech platform, raised a $13M Series B round led by PayPal Ventures, Mundi Ventures, AV8 Ventures, and Advent-Morro Equity Partners.

  • Baton, the marketplace for SME business acquisitions, raised its Series A funding of $10M, led by Obvious Ventures with participation from Burst Capital, FJ Labs, Fluent Ventures, and Spencer Rascoff via 75 & Sunny, Divergent Capital, Bloomberg Beta, and Zeno Ventures.

  • MoneyHash, payment gateway solutions for businesses, raised $5.2M investing from Flourish, Vision Ventures, AB Xelerate, EMURGO, and COTU Ventures.

  • Keplr, a crypto wallet provider, raised $5M in a seed funding round led by 1confirmation, with participation from Coinbase Ventures, HashKey Capital, Chorus One Ventures, Skip Protocol, and Binary Builders.

  • BPR Hub, a cloud-based compliance management system for manufacturing companies, raised $2.6M in Seed funding led by Accel and Kae Capital.

  • Qumis, a AI-powered insurance policy review platform, closed $2.2M pre-seed funding round led by Armory Square Ventures (Syracuse) with participation from MTech Capital, Grand Ventures, Alumni Ventures, and BrokerTech Ventures.

  • Musaffa, an investment platform, raised over $4M in funding from an undisclosed investors.


EUROPE


  • Fundment, fintech platform for financial advisers, has raised €53M in Series C funding led by ETFS Capital, and Highland Europe.

  • Tapline, a financing platform for SaaS and subscription-based businesses, raised €20M in a pre-Series A round from Antler.

  • Qomodo, a BNPL platform, has raised €13.5M in a Series A funding round led by RTP Global and LMDV Capital.

  • Crescenta , a digital asset management platform for private equity investment from Spain, closed a €7M financing round led by Acurio Ventures, K Fund, FJ Labs.

  • Aslan, employee payment and rewards platform, raised €4.7M Seed funding round led by Notion Capital, and Redstone.

  • Red Flag Alert, a business intelligence platform, has secured a $4.9M Series A+ investment from Foresight Group.

  • Weecover, the insurance distribution technology platform, closed a financing round of €4.2M euros led by the companies Swanlaab and Nauta Capital.

  • Open Payments, the Swedish open banking platform, raised €3M in funding, led by Alfvén & Didrikson, with support from Industrifonden and other investors.

  • Keyless, a privacy-preserving biometric authentication company, raised $2M in funding led by existing investors Rialto Ventures and Experian Ventures.

  • Moniepoint, a provider of SME loans, secured an undisclosed amount of investment from Visa.


LATAM


  • PayMon, NFC-enabled prepaid cards for children for payments in school cafeterias, and tracking spending platform, raised $600K pre-seed round led by Magma Partners.


APAC


  • GRVT, a hybrid cryptocurrency exchange utilizing ZKsync technology, secured a $5M investment led by Further Ventures, with participation from ADQ.

  • Pacific Meta, an online platform for the development and launch of the Web3 products and NFTs, raised $4.2M in Series A funding by 15th Rock.

  • SONEX, an AI-powered decentralized exchange built on top of the Soneium ecosystem, raised $1.0M of its seed funding round co-led by Outliers Fund, Baboon VC, Taisu Ventures, Nonagon Capital, Flow Traders, Gate Ventures, and Lootex.

  • Spare8, a Mumbai-based gold investment platform, raised an undisclosed amount in its latest funding round led by Param Agrawal, along with Rajiv Shastri.


EMEA

  • Naked, a South African insurtech company, secured $38M in a Series B2 funding round led by BlueOrchard with support from Hollard, the International Finance Corporation (IFC), and Germany’s DEG.
