NORTH AMERICA FINTECH DEALS
InScope raised $4.3m and launched its platform for facilitating financial reporting and audits for private companies. Investors include Lightspeed and Better Tomorrow Ventures.
Layer3, a token distribution protocol, has raised $15m in a Series A funding round led by ParaFi and Greenfield Capital.
Foresite Capital, a multi-stage healthcare and life sciences investment firm, has closed its sixth fund with $900m in capital commitments.
EUROPE FINTECH DEALS
Mistral, an AI startup, has closed a €468m equity funding round at a €5.8bn valuation. The fundraising was led by new investor DST Global and existing backer General Catalyst, according to the Sifted.
Eventmaster, which provides e-commerce solutions for event ticketing, membership, and fundraising, raised €4m in funding from Business Growth Fund.
Zeliq, a sales engagement platform, raised $10m in seed funding from Exor Ventures and Resonance.
Light, which automates company financials, raised $13m in a funding round led by Atomico.
Wealthon, which provides financial support to SMEs and entrepreneurs, raised PLN 50m (~€11.5m) in debt funding from CVI Dom Maklerski.
Spiko, an open-source platform for the issuance, management, and distribution of securities, raised €4m in a pre-seed funding round led by Frst.
AccountsIQ, a cloud-based accounting platform for SMEs and non-profits, raised €60m in Series C funding from Axiom Equity.
CleverCards, a business expense management platform, raised €8m. The round was spearheaded by Pluxee.
Sidekick, a wealth management platform, has secured £8.5m to finance a new Portfolio Line of Credit solution. TheVentureCity and Pact VC co-led the seed round.
REST OF THE WORLD
Sahl, an Egyptian fintech start-up, has raised $6m in a mix of Series A and seed funding led by Ayady.
Elevate, a consumer fintech, raised $5m in debt and equity from Negma Group in a pre-Series A round.
CredAble, a lendtech, has bagged $3.5m in debt funding from the Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI).
Paper.id, an Indonesian B2B fintech company, has raised an undisclosed sum of Series B funding in a round led by Square Peg Capital.
BayaniPay, a remittance startup, extends Series A to $9.6m in a Wavemaker-backed round.
