NORTH AMERICA FINTECH DEALS

Gynger, an AI-driven payments platform, has raised $20m in a Series A round and secured a $100m debt facility. PayPal Ventures spearheaded the funding.
VERITUITY, a verified payout solutions provider, has raised $18.8m in a round led by Forgepoint Capital and Sandbox Industries.
Norm Ai, a RegTech startup, has secured $27m in a Series A funding round led by Coatue.
BlueFlame AI, a generative AI solution for alternative investment managers, has landed $5m in a Series A at a valuation of $50m.
Payabli, an embedded payments platform, raised $20m in a Series A led by QED Investors.
Crossover Markets, a digital asset trading firm, raised $12m in a Series A round led by Illuminate Financial and DRWVenture Capital.
Simply Asset Finance, a FinTech focused on lending to SMEs, secured a £120m loan facility from Bank of America.
Rainforest, a payments provider, has raised $20 million from Matrix.

Nubank acquired a data intelligence startup, Hyperplane to strengthen its AI strategy.
Retorna, a FinTech that democratizes remittance transfers among migrants, raised $1.2m from Impacta VC.

MiddleGame Ventures, a VC focused on FinTech, has announced a first close of around €52m for its third fund, targeting €150m.
Supercede, the reinsurance platform, raised $15m in Series A funding led by Alven.
Bling, an app for managing kids' pocket money, raised $12m in Series A led by Owl Ventures.
Zeti, which helps fleet operators source financing to switch to low-carbon vehicles, raised £5m from HYCAP.
Feather, an insurance platform for expats, raised €6m from Keen Venture Partners and Plural.
Banca AideXa, a digital lender, has secured €16m.
Hero, which simplifies financial services for small businesses, has raised €11.3m from Valar Ventures.
Chift, a startup that helps SaaS companies integrate with other financial applications and tools via APIs, has raised €2.3m in a seed round led by Entourage.
Curve, a digital wallet provider, got an undisclosed investment from Samsung Next.
Climate X, which calculates the likely impact of climate risks on physical asset valuations, has raised $18m in a Series A led by Google Ventures.
LoopFX, a peer-to-peer FX trading platform, raised £2.6m from Augmentum.

FundPark, a Hong Kong lender, has secured a $250m three-year private loan from HSBC.
Connect Money, an Egyptian FinTech, has secured $8m in seed funding in a round co-led by DisrupTech Ventures, Algebra Ventures, and Lorax Capital.
GXS Bank, a Singapore bank, has received a S$229.5m from Grab.
LXME, an Indian financial platform for women, secured $1.2m from Kalaari Capital.
