  • Miter, a provider of management software for construction contractors, raised $23M in a Series B led by Bessemer Venture Partners, with participation of Coatue.

  • Affiniti, a provider of industry-specific small business credit cards, raised $15M in a Conventional Debt round.

  • Greenlite, an AI-enabled platform offering KYC, AML, and risk management solutions, raised $15M in a Series A led by Greylock, with participation of Thomson Reuters Ventures, Canvas Ventures, and Y Combinator.

  • Lendflow, a provider of cloud-based lending solutions, raised $15M in a Conventional Debt round led by Trinity Capital.

  • Button Finance, a provider of asset-backed loans, raised $5M in a Series A led by Hildene Capital Management.

  • Keep, a provider of corporate cards and payment solutions for businesses, raised $3M in a Venture Debt round led by SVB.

  • Mode Mobile, a Web3 platform with reward-based game NFTs, raised $3M in a Seed round led by Mercurius Media Capital.

  • Figure, a blockchain-based platform for consumer loans, raised an undisclosed amount in a Conventional Debt round led by Victory Park Capital Advisors.

  • SumUp, a provider of mPOS solutions and card readers for offline retailers, raised $60M in a Conventional Debt round.

  • trawa, an online platform offering energy-saving solutions, raised $27.19M in a Series A led by Headline, with participation of Norrsken VC, Balderton Capital, Speedinvest, and AENU.

  • Aufinity, a digital payment management platform for car dealerships, raised $26.05M in a Series C led by BlackFin, with participation of PayPal Ventures and Seaya.

  • Kota, a platform offering enrollment in local health insurance and pensions, raised $14.5M in a Series A led by Eurazeo, with participation of EQT, Northzone, Frontline Ventures, 9yards Capital, and Plug and Play Tech Center.

  • Penfold, a mobile-based solution to manage pensions, raised $5.2M in a Series A led by Gresham House Ventures.

  • Ontik, a provider of a digital trade credit platform for trade merchants, raised $3.7M in a Seed round led by PT1.

  • Roxom, a platform for trading various securities, commodities, and derivatives in a decentralized and blockchain-based market, raised $17.9M in a Series A led by Draper Associates, with participation of Borderless Capital, ego death capital, and Kingsway Capital.

  • Airwallex, a cross-border payment processing solution for businesses, raised $150M in a Series F led by Square Peg Ventures, with participation of DST Global, Lone Pine Capital, Blackbird Ventures, Salesforce Ventures, Visa, and AirTree.

  • Data Sutram, a provider of prospect contact datasets and location intelligence solutions for enterprises, raised $9M in a Series A led by B Capital, with participation of Lightspeed Venture Partners.

  • Ringkas, a provider of a digital platform for home loan applications, raised $5.1M in a Seed round led by Kadan Capital, with participation of Flourish.

  • PaySprint, an open banking API solutions provider, raised $1.2M in a Series A round.

  • ElGameya, a savings management platform, raised an undisclosed amount in a Seed round led by Ayady, with participation of Jedar Capital, Cubit Ventures, and PMaestro.
