  • Conduit, provider of cross-border payment solution for businesses, raised $36M in a Series A round led by DRAGONFLY, with participation of Altos Ventures Management, Sound Ventures, Commerce Ventures, Digital Currency Group, Helios, Portage, and Circle.

  • Rillet, a SaaS accounting platform for SaaS companies, raised $25M in a Series A round led by Sequoia Capital, with participation of First Round Capital, Creandum, and Susa Ventures.

  • Palla Financial, provider of instant cross-border P2P payment APIs, raised $14.5M in a Series A round led by Revolution Ventures, with participation of Y Combinator, Ardent Venture Partners, Cowboy Ventures, Dash Fund, Uncommon Capital, First Check Ventures, VitalizeVC, DeepWork Capital, Meta Fund, and Evolution-VC.

  • Sequence, an online platform offering personal money management and visualization solutions, raised $7.5M in a Series B round led by Aleph, with participation of Emerge Ventures and ICON.

  • Neo Insurance Solutions, provider of insurance solutions and software for agents and carriers, raised an undisclosed amount in a Seed round led by ITOCHU.

  • Cerebro Capital, an online marketplace for business loans, raised an undisclosed amount in a Series A round led by JAM FINTOP.


    EUROPE


  • The Openwork Partnership, an online financial advisory and planning platform for individuals and families, raised $163M in a Series A round led by Bain Capital.

  • Inven, an AI-based financial data platform for M&A professionals to find acquisition target companies, raised $12.7M in a Series A round led by Ventech, with participation of Vendep Capital, Lifeline Ventures, and Joint Effects.

  • Stitch South Africa, provider of a unified platform for building and scaling financial products, raised $10M in a Seed round led by Arbor Ventures, with participation of COTU Ventures, Raed Ventures, and SVC.

  • Outmin, provider of cloud-based accounting and bookkeeping software for businesses, raised $4.54M in a Series A round led by Praetura Ventures.

  • Auditstage, provider of auditing solutions for auditors, raised $854K in a Seed round led by SmartFin.

  • Figure, a blockchain-based platform for consumer loans, raised an undisclosed amount in a Conventional Debt round led by Victory Park Capital Advisors.


    LATAM


  • Estratz, a digital platform providing solutions for hedge funds, raised $355K in a Seed round.

    Avalon Finance, a decentralized lending protocol built on Merlin Chain, raised an undisclosed amount in a Series A round led by YZi Labs, with participation of Mirana, GSR, and CE Innovation Capital.


    APAC

  • CRED, provider of reward-enabled payment platform for credit card bills, raised $75M in a Series G round led by GIC, with participation of Sofina and RTP Global.

    Samunnati, provider of financial solutions and loans for farmers, raised $4.99M in a Series D round.

  • Rumi Labs, provider of front-office trading solutions for capital market investors, raised $4.7M in a Seed round led by A16z Crypto, with participation of Escape Velocity.



    MENA


  • Qashio, provider of expense management and card solutions for small businesses, raised $19.8M in a Series A round led by Rocketship, with participation of MoreThan Capital Advisors and One Way Ventures.
